Laundry Pickup & Delivery
- What is the Welcome Kit?
The Welcome Kit is a convenient starter package provided to new customers. It includes:
- One black laundry bag: For your general laundry items.
- One blue dry cleaning bag: Specifically for items requiring dry cleaning (if applicable).
- One door hanger: Makes pickup and delivery easy by securely holding your laundry bags.
- One white mesh “special attention” bag: For delicate or special care items.
- A welcome card: Contains helpful information about our services and tips for getting started.

- Is there a delivery charge?
There are no pickup or delivery fees.
- Is there a minimum charge?
Our pricing model is based on weight, and to ensure the most efficient service, we have established a minimum order requirement of 15 pounds. This approach allows us to provide you with the best value and maintain the high quality of our services.
- How will I be billed?
For in-store purchases, we accept cash or card, and for delivery, card payments only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.
- How much does your service cost?

- If there’s severe weather and the roads are unsafe will my laundry be returned on time?
However rare this is, it can happen. If there is a severe storm, such as a blizzard or a hurricane, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated to any changes via phone, email and/or text.
- It’s raining outside and I’m afraid my clean laundry will get wet. What should I do?
When the weather’s bad, we take extra care to protect your laundry. We’ll drop off your items at a predetermined, dry location to keep them safe from the elements. While we do our best to protect your laundry, please note we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged by the weather after they’ve been dropped off. - Is there any contract or long-term commitment?
None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
- I forgot to leave my laundry out on pick up day. What should I do?
If you forgot to leave your laundry out on pickup day, don’t worry! Contact Customer Service by calling 860-531-9548 or emailing hello@3monkeyslaundry.com. If our drivers are still in your area, we’ll make every effort to arrange for a pickup. You can also cancel or reschedule via your online account.
- I would like some of my clothes returned on hangers, but I don’t have a spot for the driver to hang the clothing, what should I do?
If there is not a hook available for the driver to hang your laundry on we will provide one for you.
- Could you pick up and deliver to my place of work?
Absolutely. Many of our customers have 3 Monkeys pickup and deliver to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.
- Is there any way that 3 Monkeys could remind me to leave my laundry out for pickup?
Sure. We send all of our customers email and text reminders 24 hours before scheduled pickups.
- When is the latest I could schedule a pickup?
We prefer you schedule your pickup by 7:00 am the day of your pickup. This allows enough time for the drivers to plan their routes for the day.
- How often can I change or update my laundry profile?
As often as you like. Some of our customers tweak their profile prior to every pickup because they have special instructions for us. Other customers set up their preferences when creating their account and then rarely change them.
- I missed my pick up day. Is there a missed pickup fee?
We’ve added email and text reminders to help you remember your pickup day. If you happen to forget, no problem—your first two missed pickups are on us. Starting with the third, there will be a $25 fee to help cover costs. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!
Drop-Off Wash & Fold
- Do I need to separate my laundry?
For our drop-off wash & fold service, there’s no need to separate your items. But if you’d like them sorted, just let us know—we’re happy to do it upon request!
- What’s the cost of the service?
Pricing is based on the weight of your laundry. For specific rates, please check our pricing page or inquire at the drop-off location.
- How will I know when my laundry is ready?
We’ll send you a notification via text or email when your laundry is ready for pickup.
- Can I request same-day service?
Same-day service may be available at our location. Please inquire with our staff when dropping off your laundry. Drop-Off Hours: Monday – Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday – Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM.
Self Service Laundry
- Is there staff onsite for help?
Yes, our friendly staff is available during business hours to assist with any questions or machine issues you might have.
- What are your operating hours?
Our self-service laundromat is open 6 AM – 10 PM 7 days a week. Please check the exact hours for holidays or special events.
- Do you offer large machines for bulky items?
Yes, we have high-capacity washers and dryers designed for larger items like blankets, comforters, and rugs.
- What payment options do you accept?
We accept dollar coins, quarters, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments for all machines.
Dry Cleaning Services

Rug Cleaning Services
- Do you offer pickup and delivery for rugs?
Yes, we offer free pickup and delivery for rugs, and you can also bring them in to be washed in-store. Just schedule a time that works for you, and we’ll take care of the rest!
- Can you remove all stains?
We do our best to remove all stains. However, certain stains like dye or deep-set stains may not be fully removable, depending on the rug material.
- How long does the rug cleaning take?
The standard turnaround time is 7-10 days, but this can vary based on the rug’s size, material, and condition.
- What types of rugs do you clean?
We clean all types of rugs, including area rugs, oriental rugs, silk rugs, and synthetic materials. If you have a specialty rug, contact us to confirm.
Leather Cleaning Services
- How often should leather be cleaned?
Leather should be cleaned and conditioned at least once or twice a year to maintain its appearance and prevent cracking or drying out.
- Can you remove stains from leather?
We do our best to remove or minimize stains. However, some deep or old stains may not be completely removable without risking damage to the leather.
